Good Morning

It's early in the morning, my favorite time to paint. Will go to Sanibel this weekend with my daughter, hope to take some good pictures and maybe even paint one or two. See you there.

Rained

Rained again today. Oh well, painted from an old pond photograph, changed the lighting a bit. What do you think?

Smaller Boat on the Rocks

I love Fort Desoto. It's probably the only untouched place within a half hour from where I live and even though there's a beach and a snack bar, you can still find places along the road that seem deserted all along the causeway and small deserted vessels, tied up behind the trees.

Was away all week at a skating competition in Atlanta. I'm so glad to be back with my pastels. Here's a new take on an old subject for me, a boat on the rocks off of Shell Island, FL. Enjoy!
